Q1: Can I order by email or phone?

■About delivery

Q15: Is overseas delivery possible?

Q16: When will the product be shipped?

A16: We will ship the items in order as soon as the payment is confirmed. We aim to ship within 2-4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after payment is confirmed, but this may be delayed depending on circumstances such as busy seasons, year-end and New Year holidays, and Obon holidays. Q18: What is the packaging method used for shipping?

Regarding cancellations and returns

Q19: Why are cancellations and returns not accepted (cooling-off period not applied)?

A19; Cooling-off is a system that applies to door-to-door sales. The cooling-off system does not apply to items purchased through mail order or in stores, as the contract is made with the intention of purchasing the item.

Since our customers place orders with their own will, we do not accept cancellations or returns or exchanges of orders due to "customer convenience." Thank you for your understanding.

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is significantly different from the product information, we will accept a return, so please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will respond as soon as possible.
